Can you say code drop gone verry, verry wrong?
On the bright side I have mannaged to find the source of a horrid stench in my room, it was me... I somehow forgot to shower for a week. Another astonishing re-discovery... There is a whole big world out there full of people that look at you really oddly whatn you say things like "Hail mail delivery person".
Yes SoE has the worst customer service of all MMORPG developers. They treat you like they do not care if you live or die just like the rest of the real world... harsh but true.
