You try guildwars you can start out at lvl 20 with pvp gear??? Granted you wont have many skills because you either have to buy the packs or unlock em with pve. But it is worth a try
you can start pvp (rvr) from the second you enter the game. it does take leveling but you can do it entirely through pvp and even at level 1 you still have a purpose and meaning. leveling is pretty fast too.
