What are the best free non=fee MMORPG's out there

I hate having to pay a monthly fee on top of putting out $100 for a game and expansions. Does anyone know some good free MMORPG's? I like MMORPG's where you can build stuff, have a dwelling etc.

yeah ther are a few your best bet is too check out open beta , such as tantra online or gates to heaven, anarchy online is now free so check it out, anyways take it easy
