Beta Access question

I downloaded and installed the beta client and activated the beta key that came with my pre-order box. 

When I try to play Aion, it say "We are sorry but this accont does not currently have access to Aion."

What's wrong here? Is there something I forgot to do before I can play??

    So how do we know when it does start and is there any way to make it in english I cant really read japenese or chinese, whatever writing that is.

    ok nm I found out we cant make it in english but still not sure how we know what time it starts.
