I couldn't do it.
Eve is just too good of a game to leave for any extended period of time for me.
My two month break was a complete failure, all I did was read Eve lore, Eve forums and even mess with a little 21 day trial lol.
I could not stay away.
Now that I'm back I've decided to take my training into a whole new direction.
I've joined a little up start Corp in high sec with its own tiny pos and im helping to build Relations with other alliances and trying to grow this little bastard.
Something I;ve never done before.
im helping new players, teaching them about pvp survival using Safe spots and how to avoid things like Gate camps (when we get wardec'd. I'm loving my role right now.
Part politician, part Teacher.
Out of every MMO i;ve played Eve is the only one thats still around that feels like a World/life simulator and tbh as an old Vet that's exactly what I always wanted out of a MMO.
Say what you will about Eve but for me there's nothing like ti on the market.
Playing: EvE, Ryzom

Nailed it.
Now if only EVE did a better job showing new players what it really had to offer, not just a string of courier missions.
