my client still sais username and password dont match i have made an account so im just wondering what im doing wrong or what will i need to do for me to be able to log in if any one could help that would be much appreciated
when ive clicked on game accounts it sais thers nothing there so i cant click on aion or anything
This tells me that you have not put in your beta key on your plaync account. Do you have a beta key? If so you need to actually create an account to play with in the first place. It is telling you incorrect username and password because you have not yet created one...
And no the servers are not down. This weekends beta event ends today (3rd August) at 8pm UK time.
Good luck, let us know if you have any more problems but once you've created your account you should be good to play for the rest of today until it ends.
The next beta event schedule is a few posts above so hopefully you should be all set for that one.
You can still create your Aion account even if the actual game server is down.
Also the poster above that said if the servers are down you will get the invalid username or password error is incorrect. You actually get a different error, something along the lines of "This account does not currently have access to Aion."

You are typing your username or password wrong.
You can see your Aion login name by logging into the PlayNC account manager website.
If it won't let you log in there, you can reset your password from that same link.

ive used the same log in on plaync website and it still sais it still doesnt match for some reason what am i doing wrong

Your actual Aion account username/password can be different then your PlayNC Master account information.
Log into your NCSoft Master Account.
Click on Game Accounts.
Click on Aion. (Note your Aion account name. It's case sensitive.)
Click Change Password.
Enter a new password.
Try to log into Aion again.
Remember the username and password are both case sensitive.

is it down for the time being? if so would u know ehn it will be up again?

couldnt log in today cos i couldnt click on game accounts and aion so... ill wait till the next installment see if i can do it then
