Its a video made by a german gaming site demonstrating the tutorial area (doesnt violate the NDA).

Best video to give me a real sense of the game thus far. However I remember now why I dislike Germans.
This is cool. So when i look at framework, is there only one choice players can make and does that choice define their character and stick with them for their life?

Well bully for you. I was always used to NDA for games in closed beta. Leakerz.com posted a few videos that were pulled off of youtube which led me to believe that the NDA was still in effect.

The NDA is still in effect for average user, it was just lifted for the press. If your in the press (e.g. gaming mag) you can release anything you like and for some reason only a few gaming sites are using this to their advantage.
There are also other recent press videos that havent been linked on any of the 4 forums I visit or the official site. However they are just interviews with cryptic staff. In the Interviews the questions asked are not related directly to CO (e.g. whos your favourite superhero?, which comics did you read as a kid??).
