I need a new mmorpg

I live in a city and want a mmorpg with real farming, like you grow vegetables and breed animals and milk cows. Then you expand your farm and build bigger houses.

Maybe some fishing too, big lakes with different fish you can catch. Cool boats and stuff. And good hunting, and I wanna hunt real animals like deer and bears, not two-headed unicorns and pink crabs.
And trading, huge economy and all. Transport and production.
I'm not a big fan of pvp and camping in mmorpgs, and do ridiculous things to get some axe, or shiny armor piece, or +8 % dmg lasergun crystal. But if there has to be pvp, it should be more like the fighting in for example Battlefield Vietnam, and you actually aim at stuff.
But no choppers please. I dont want choppers over my farm firing missiles on me and disturbing my animals.

I really hope somebody makes a game like this soon.
I cannot belive I'm the only one hoping for this.

Have you tried Dransik? not the best graphics but it has farming, fishing and other things :)

...i dont think there is a Farming MMORPG out there...the only type of crafting i know of doesnt involve owning a farm and farming.

    EQ2 is looking good.

But if you're not into fantasy, there's gonna be a bit of a problem:

Ultima Online about two years ago has given the ability to grow stuff from seeds, cross pollinate and come up with new plants.

The plants are all potted, but it is a form of farming, and plant care is rather involved.

UO also has housing and the newest addition may allow for the kind of yard you seem to seek.

UO also has a no PvP sides called Trammel and Malas so no worries about having to fight.
