yep you can add friends, and you can teleport to them and even share monster info and crafting skills to each other
1) You can add friends, share monster infos with them, share crafting skills. Also when you have a friend who leveled up whose level is above 31, you will get a 1 hour increase in EXP rates.
2) I would recommend Delphi Server since it is the newest server and the items are much cheaper there because the economy is just new.
