BLAST! My work computer can't seem to handle that site for whatever reason.

Might ffxivcore make a bare-bones, no frills, text & pic version?

I guess I'll have to wait another eight hours until I can see what's up...

I think the OS is Windows XP and the browser is probably Internet Explorer 7.

But it's a government computer with ridiculous firewalls; I can't access MOST gaming sites either because they're deemed "inappropriate content" on some level or are too rich in HTML / CSS. Even Edlritch Eponym gives me that "Page cannot load" error.

/sigh - I'll just wait until I get back to my barracks & back on my personal laptop, I guess.

People need to learn how to label threads accurately. This should say SOME FFXIV classes revealed, as this is not all of them by a long stretch. Also, people may take it more seriously. But anyway, awesome find. Can't wait to hear more this Friday and at the Gamecon in a few weeks.

Thanks for all the new info. Very interesting.

But I was wondering if the magazin only showed examples of the classes and categories, or if it specifically stated that's all of the classes that will be in the game at launch.

Because I only see 4 combat classes. Healers are missing completely. I can't imagine that's all Square Enix will give us

And only 2 crafting and 2 gathering classes? There must be more classes that have not yet been revealed ....

Its safe to say that SE will include quite a few more classes in terms of classes for sure. I would put my money on some new class information from Games Con 09'. I hopef theres gonna be some in-game footage or at least some screenshots :P

As far as keeping up to date with FFXIV I'd suggest registering @ ffxivcore (link is in the sig) I hear they've got Zyuu going to Games Con so they will have all the new information within the minute. /excited

We apologize for the recent server downs we'll be switching hosts soon. Also keep tune on FFXIVCore we'll be adding information the moment it's fresh also check in after gamescon and Tokyo game! SE announced they might be releasing the release date for FFXIV which will be on FFXIVCore along with other information.
