I think its pretty obvious the game will not release in summer of '09 as the website suggests, but what do you all think the release date (not another stage of beta) will be?...

As early as mid-October I think, judging by the beta block dates. But, even if everything goes according to planned, I wouldn't expect a release until November or December. I hope I'm wrong and it's sooner.
The latest I heard was Q4 -09. So my guess would be late decembre but seeing how release dates for MMORPGs are constantly being pushed back March -10 is more likely.

SV has never announced that the game will release in the summer.
Some fans found an outdated PDF document where a basic timetable was set up for the investors. However devs said it was not correct.
The official release date is said to be during Q4 of this year and it is a realistic date having in mind SV said they will release the game with the basic features and start building on top of them after release.
Uhm... no.
This official trailer, released a while ago, says Summer -09.

Does it say RELEASE Summer 2009? Or beta? Or preorder?
It says summer 2009 nothing else. As a teaser it just implies sth will happen during summer 2009.
And this summer we got the release date, the beta and the preorder.
So again...whats your point?

On topic:
They officially stated Q4, and the dev's were hoping for sometime in October. I think its hard to say where they stand until they get the login issue fixed.
