Open Beta Starts monday 8/17

FALLEN EARTH, LLC announced today that the post-apocalyptic massively multiplayer online (MMO) game of the same name will begin an Open Beta program August 17. Players who want to get an early glimpse of Fallen Earth on August 17 need only register on FilePlanet beginning Friday, August 14 at 1 p.m. ET (GMT-4).
Pretty much says it all, see you there.

I'm currently in "Wait and See" mode. Looking forward to seeing how Open Beta goes with a critical eye on Performance, Amount of bugs, how the Server deals with stress loads with influx of the numbers that will join in Open Beta.
If they don't drop the NDA for Open Beta, I'll probably let my Credit Card rest in a "cool dry place", namely my wallet. :-P
Is this actually Open Beta or do we have to be a Fileplanet subscriber?
I am registerd with FP but when I try to get the Beta download it is sending me to the subscribe page ?
Blech. You actually have to pay for the "open" beta. What part of that is "open"? Lamesauce FE. No worries though. Give it a couple days after the 17th and it'll be on isohunt or bittorrent.
Yep - looks like it is File Planet subscribers Open Beta.
