    As some others have mentioned i believe the poor tech support will improve in a month when things start to settle down.

    Yeah thats because thousands of people will leave.  And so theres a smaller customer support to customer ratio.

    <sigh> i guess all you people complaining about how you pay monthly and how your being ripped off by only being able to play 2 hours a day. guess what??

    Yeah but that was posted a whole day after I made this thread.  And still, 1 week of free time doesnt fix anything.  They need to unscrew the login server.  Surely they know how to do it since they had a bajillion peeps logging in to Bnet for Diablo.  Pull your heads out!
