NCSofts ignorance...
So my wife just purchased her account. Due to that fact I cannot purchase mine. They limit the amount of codes that can be purchased to 1 per household within a given timeframe. Appearently not only do they go by the address but by whether or not the card you are trying to pay with is associated with the same address as well. But they fail to mention what the timeframe is. I have no idea when I will be able to preorder my game and when I can get in. Do they not expect families to play this game? Or are they trying to deliberately piss people off?

I wonder if this applies to direct2drive.com, have you tried that route?
Hmm, that's truly a comunication failure if they didn't even tell how long the timeframe is.
Now how they limit per credit card is probably just a basic fraud protection mechanic.
If you care, I suggest you submit a support ticket to know how long you have to wait before you can purchase yours, or you could just go and buy it from Steam/D2D/another digital distributor.
I purchased direct from NC Soft . My g/f and I, 2 copies same day, same addy, and same card. Wierd...
