I realized that race actually matter quite a bit in an MMO. Wasn't sure of this till after playing EverQuest for years. But yeah, something new is always nice ;D

Yea, It sucked in FFXI when you had no idea what you were doing at the start of the game and you picked Galka because they looked cool, however, you also wanted to be a WHM. So, you know how that turned out xD

I want to be a Taru, dunno why but small characters rock. I think it's because I never got the chance to roll a Gnome in WoW and that got me jealous.

I'll definately be a midget in Aion and FFXIV though.

They prefer the term "ankle-molestors."

On a serious note, the Lalafell aren't quite as small as taru, but other than that look the same.

Small characters are great for PVP games. It's so fun to hide in bushes.

Its hard to decide! the races all spectacular, and according to what Famitsu says Square says (lol), the races will look very similar to the designs!

Yeah, races impact a lot though, so we'll have to make sure to pick a race we enjoy to play every day

I do find the Lalafell a little different looking. Instead of ankle biters they are now knee cap busters. Watch out your knees!

I think I am going to be what I was in FFXI - the Miqo'te - they are really cute and sezy at the same time! I like the fact that they do not have that kitty nose this round.

Yeah they do look cute! Im a 6' 3" though so I cant envision myself playing a Lalafell

I have a preference to play a Elezen but for me, its all about the racial attributes, whatever race is min/max for my preferred playstyle will win out. (min/max or go home)
