A Warhammer 40,000 MMO

I'm better sure this topic has been brought up before, but after Dawn of War II (great Game, by the way), I started to wonder what type of game it would be. I mean, I enjoyed the Warhammer MMO (I've stopped since I got too busy with school and work during that time), and W40K would bring a lot of interesting elements, or at least could.
I want to hear your guys opinions on what would make a Good Warhammer 40,000 MMO.

Vigil studios, a division of THQ is working on it. I cant wait, SO much good that could be done with it. Heck, a MMO version of DoW in a persistant universe would ROCK.

So there is one in the works huh? Didn't know that.
Anyway, I would think that the game would be some type of shooter (I say something similar to Fallout 3, or Elder Scrolls, action-like).
I would love to see at least 3 races. The Space Marines, The Orks, and the Elder. At least that what I am hoping, but it would be cool to play a Chaos Marine or a Tau. I wonder if you could play a tyranids?
I think that some type of branching for the classes would be nice. Become a terminator for Space Marines, or a dreadnought!
Eternal Crusade is an MMO that appears to be a hybrid between Wahammer 40k: Space Marine and Planetside 2. Players can team up with one of four factions. The Space Marines, the Chaos Space Marines, the Eldar or the Orks. Tyranids are present but under AI control.
