Mine froze at 25MB. I waited a while, then closed it to restart the process. It started me back from 0. Sigh.
they really need to have this patch available from multiple sources
It doesnt start over from 0. It just updates the total value.
If you start with 500Mb .... then you download 150Mb... then you cancel it for whatever reason... once you restart the patcher it will say 0 / 350Mb
