So much fail in the first two hours 
1. Fileplanet installer puts files in wrong location.
2. #1 causes entire game to be downloaded instead of patch.
3. Cryptic posts 'workaround' that causes installed(but not detected) files to be overwritten.
I madly want to play this game, but I can't help but enjoy the chaos.

Yep def a bad start...even tho this is a beta, this is a first impression and cryptic just walk into a job interview with holey jeans, work boots, a flannel, and a mullet. DO NOT DO THE FIX ON THE MAIN SITE....it messed up worst, now i cant even patch at 20mb/hr

They definately need another Closed Beta. This game just isn't ready. Today's example of patching an entire game download instead of a patch, is so totally screwed up.
Yeah I agree it's pretty bad but the beta is for a long time so it'll be okay once it's figured out.. still it's not a good start.
I was at 20% and it said i lost connection and now when I try and start it, it's not going to the launcher.... not sure what's going on...
Make sure that you don't have a champions-online process already running in task manager.
I don't, I went to the offical website and saw that I'm not the only one that had this problem. it's going again but apparently it has this problem of freezing forcing people to start over.
