Right now I have a Radeon 9800 pro but I am looking to sell it and buy the new GeForce 6800 GT 256 MB . I want to know if my PC can actually use it. I have an ASUS P4C800-E motherboard and a pentium 4 3.3 Ghz processor, so should I be able to pull out my 9800 pro and slide in the Nvidia, load the drivers, and run it? Do I need special AGP slots in my Mobo? Will my 431 WATT PSU be able to hold up?
Merry Christmas

I don't believe there is an AGP version of the 6800 GT yet, only PCI-x. They do, however, have an AGP version of the 6600 GT, which is what my next card is going to be, upgrading from an fx5700 ultra.

Are you sure it's not AGP? I could of sworn the Geforce 6800 GT we are selling in our store is AGP.
Anyways, it's Christmas, so I'm not working, but when I'm back at work, I will check it out.
But I'm sure it's AGP. Anyways, let's pretend it's AGP, yes your PC will handle it without any problems, unless it really is PCI Express (PCI-E) then you're pretty much screwed and have to buy a brand new mobo that supports PCI-E.

Simple Answer, Yes, it will work.
I think it can, aye.
Sweet card.
