Your last hour in Aion Beta.

 Hey all,

was just wondering what you guys did for the last hour of beta?

did you leave your character somewhere knowing that you will soon play again? 

i only played in beta #5 and #6 and then only for a few hrs, so i only had a lvl18 ranger. but i can honestly say i really enjoyed the game and only have 2 issues with it (the sound of the voices and the chat).

in my last hour i tried to finish all quests that dont involve the Krall garrison, and reach lvl18.

helped a lvl 11 find the ancient fossile, and spent a lot of money getting some nice armour as ppl were selling cheap at the end.

 

so what did you guys do?

    I was killing in the abyss until it kicked me :)



    Wont matter if i died since character wipe before OB.

    During the last hour I was switching between all my alts (I leveled one of every class to atleast level 13 XD) and killed a few things to get one last feel for all of them and solidify my decision.   Then I joined all the people in verteron who were changing into drakes and flying around :).

    I was trying to complete the group quests in the Black Claw Outpost! But wiped twice and is was 5mins before shutting down so called it :P Was fun to do the group quests tho at least!

    Bought a transformation item off someone cheap, turned myself into a corn plant (that has a funny animation when it jumps :P). Went to Verteron had alot of duels bought cheap armour. Then for the last half hour sit with a group of players disscussing the game and asking each other which class we decided on.

    I had just got done fighting off some Asmo's in the Abyss and was going to resurrect my group mate, but in the middle of the spell we got booted.  Now he will be dead forever.

    I pvp'd my butt off in Morheim with my buddies.

    Hunting Elyos with both small and large groups, having tons of fun.

    Yup, Aion is good.

     hehe, a lot of you seem to have PVP'd till the very end (or danced...) 

    is pvp good then? i didnt manage to make it that far but im really looking forward to it.

    can you compare the pvp to any other game? like WAR or WOW, or AOC?

    Flying and Gliding around working on a quest when it cut.

    The pvp is certainly fun.

    Ive done duels with my Sorceress versus varied lvl ranges, got owned left and right and won at the same time.

    Near the end of the beta i stopped levelling at 19 and head straight for Morheim with my friends.

    It was amazing to see how easily rallied your faction buddies are when they hear Elyos are sighted somewhere in the region.

    Small and large scale PvP ensued and it was a blast.

     

    Cant wait for more.
