Yes I'm sure they did it specifically for people like you who went around bashing their game.

Yeah, because saying nothing at all would have alerted Cryptic to the problems much faster.

No really. I mean there was plenty of people who'd already posted the problems, and cryptic had already begun working on various solutions which they communicated to us, but it wasn't until idiots started bashing the game and trolling and posting swear words that really made the difference.
