What happened to "WELL Online"?

Last year I recall a Russia MMORPG, "Well Online," nearing release, and it appeared to have great potential.
I just tried to load up its old bookmarked website, but it's down. Anyone have any info on just what happened to WELL Online?

probably died , it did look promising but then again alot of new mmorpg's do before they actually go retail .
try goggle : what happened to well ; always works for me for every odd question i have .
