It's a real case happend I saw and other people either, meaing that customer service in KOREA was bad. I have NEVER said me and friend did ABUSING and love to enjoy it. I just wanted to tell that I Really hope Customer service of NA server will be better than what we had. Most of stupid funny cheating things and bugs have been tested in our server, so that NA server should be fine by now.

Yeah I really think that a wireless keyboard got someone banned. And I play Aion with a G15, but dont use the macro buttons, and I have a WoW mouse, again no Macros, and I havent had a problem. As far as the factional thing, OH MY GOD what was NC thinking to stop that!!! Now what Am I going to do to get Abyss points. OH I know, its called really work for them, learn my class and skills, or just stay out of the abyss!!!!

it isnt the wireless part, its the macro software part. if he has a "G" something keyboard, its more then likely to have macro abilities and the logitech software installed. bet any money that once the software is uninstalled it wouldnt flag.

LoL i had to go back and read twice what you posted here, Your hoping NA customer service is better so you can get away with what you were caught doing in the Korean client. And no we are not using our imagination every single one of your post clearly give the obvious scenario of you guys cheating.

It happend really, that my friend in Korea used to play this shitty game out with his wireless keyboard(Logitech's G something). Whenever he playedd it with this wireless keyboard, fucking gameguard said "we detected sort of hacking". wtf? after 3 times this stupid gameguard said it and he eventually got banned from server. Obviously he didn't use any abuse but got banned. there were no fucking refund either.
ALSO, do not get friend who chosen difference race from u to gain abyss point together by killing each other in the mutual agreement(it's called abusing in Korean, and so many fucking GM pretending to be just a normal player walks around the whole abyss area to find if any eloyian and asmodian do this. NCSoft will absolutely ban u if they find u.)
Shit, in personal I really hope this NCsoft provides u all really good services that we Korean never had, so that we poor korean get some money out of ur pocket, however, their company, NCsoft, is well-known in which the company has some of immorality.
So gameguard said that it detected some sort of hacking, and we are supposed to believe that he wasn't doing anything wrong? Especially when others are using the same keyboard without any problems. Plus, he was given 3 warnings about it. Why continue doing the same thing when you are told that some sort of hacking was detected?
Why complain about the " fucking GM pretending to be just a normal player walks around the whole abyss area" to catch people cheating, if you aren't looking to cheat yourself. You then complain about the bad customer service when it sounds like they are providing a good service. You are trying to back peddle and say that you meant something else, but your post was about how your friend got banned for "some sort of hacking", and that the "fucking GM" tries to prevent people from cheating. It's clear what you meant. And since when is it immoral to try and prevent cheating?

If you are implying that them preventing you from cheating is interferring with your ability to farm and sell us stuff for cash, then I think that you are nothing but a troll, making stuff up to create drama. No farmer is going to come on here and complain that the GM's cracking down on cheating is interferring with their business.
