Will Cataclysm change "all" of WOW's landscape?

I hear Azeroth will get a revamp, but does this just mean classical settings (i.e., Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor), or will they revamp Outland and Northrend as well?
I am really hoping for comprehensive revamps, especially since Northrend made me feel totally isolated from other players. In fact, I'd be fine saying bye-bye to Outland and Northrend, and just exploring an entirely re-envisioned classic setting.
Thoughts on what will get revamped, land-wise?

I'd imagine they'll improve graphics or change the engine based on the current placement of towns and landscapes. I don't think they'll rearrange the map completely. People will be at loss completely.
Unless officially confirmed, everything is still rumours recycled.
Why would Outland be affected? Its a differenhr planet.
Northrend wont be affected because it just came out and Blizzard wont want to remake it and its likely too far away from ground zero.
if theyll ever gonna change azeroth/old world, then they should include flying mounts for old world as well. but do you remember their reason why they wont do it? its simply takes too much time out of blizzard plus they still have to work on the starcraft and diablo franchises...so i guess its just a few tweaks here and there but they wont change everything

Seriously now, seeing Blizzards later work I doubt that they'll revamp all Azeroth.
All of WoW's landscape is going to be turned into money.
The Crossroads will become 5 buck-ville, the land around it The Hills of Twenties.
1000 needles will become 1000 buckaroos.
Un'Goro Crater will become The Money Pit.
Feel free to add anything funny, because until they announce something official it's all rumors and guessing
