What type of mission is the most annoying for you and can be replaced/removed from this game ?
Okay, I'm quibbling, but do you mean what style of mission map is the most annoying? When I hear "type of mission," I usually think of mission objectives like search and rescue, rescue and escort, defeat all, etc. Maps and objectives are largely independent of each other.
For me, vertical maps are the most annoying. They're disorienting and the map tool doesn't have a vertical view.

hmmm .....caves...yes very annoying...
and for hardcore research in how to piss off a player try making a mission in architect with all these things....
Caves ( large map)
Tsoo (heavy on the sorcerers)
COT
Escort ( Put the npc at the furthest point from the door...oh and they dont run...just walk)
Mixed COT/Tsoo ambush at every junction
You will have every player that tries it going completely potty
The caves and caverns maps always give me headache, and they are hard to navigate
