In an announcement today, the Fallen Earth team revealed that it is opening Open Beta to all members of the general public, beginning on FilePlanet at 1 p.m. ET (GMT-4) today. FilePlanet subscribers were able to view an early glimpse of the Beta beginning Monday, August 17.
"We were excited to welcome FilePlanet subscribers in the early stages of our Open Beta, and now we look forward to extending this invitation to all members of the general public through our partnership with FilePlanet, " said Jessica Orr, product manager for Fallen Earth. "The feedback we have received has been extremely helpful, and we look forward to receiving more from our Open Beta testers."
To register for one of the limited testing spots in the Fallen Earth Open Beta, fans simply need to visit FilePlanet after 1 p.m. ET today.

OK , so its "available for all"... but there are limited spots and you have to be a fileplanet subscriber? Thats not open beta.
And you fileplanet link is broken.
You just have to create a FREE Fileplanet account , and ofc its first come first served ....
