X-Mas features you would love to see?

Not my ideas only, taken here and there...

    Oh wait, that might be copyrighted.

    Isn't Santa copyrighted somewhere too?

    I would like to see more stuff outside, wandering around. Or something like in the middle of the street, a hijacked santa sleigh w/ pyscho santa and crazy monster reindeer. Not that the door thing wasn't cool (halloween), but it would be nice to have mobs outside, and not have to be triggered.

    They could do a lot of it on the rooftops (click on chimneys?)

    I hope they do something, and don't let that friggin suit w/ Marvel be a distraction.

    I was wondering if we are still allowed to use X-Mas, I mean after Mar-- (hum better not say the name) ... had a fit that some players were copying copyrights (or close enough) I would guess SOMEPEOPLE might get touchy about the X-  (and frankly I think it would be funny if they sued the copiers for copyright infringement... that I Agree makes them liable anyway!)

    Enough abou that, how about a group of Presents colorfully wrapped with extravigant(sp) bows and high heeled legs?? Kick-Gift-Boxers? hehehe Their "bosses" could be elf pimps walking with Candy Canes! - must sleep now -

    Hmmm...

     

    Santa Claus is theorically a property of Coca-Cola for his red costume and look, however, Coca-Cola didnt sue anyone over it in the past, appreciating the free publicity.

     

    If Pepsi would be using it, then they would be sued...but as long as you are not a direct competitor with Coca-Cola, it would be frankly rude of them to sue...but they have the right to.  I strongly doubt that they will enforce this right however, as long as you are not strongly with Pepsi-Cola. image

     

    At worst I expect Coca-Cola would give a warning to not use it again in the future and nicely hug you on the way out, they are marketing kings and they dont want bad publicity.

    Well, where there any X-mas things in the game?
    I didn´t notice any atleast, although I where'nt on at the 24:th though... :)

    Hehe, yup, surprising!

     

    But the first time we see ''Santa Claus'' as a fat, old man in a red costume, it is on a bottle of Coca-Cola, and the picture is copyrighted.

     

    The ''concept'' of Santa Claus do not belong to Coca-Cola.  Thereby playing nice is a great marketing strategy.  Anyway, they usually pay for movie to use Coke or Coca-Cola, now you use their symbol without charging them, they aint gonna complain!

     

    I wonder if Pepsi could sue Chirac.  The average american associate blue to France and even if Pepsi have no link with France, the average american also associate blue with Pepsi.  Thereby it could be argued that the lack of popularity of France in the american mind can impact greatly on any company strongly associated to blue as well.  (I sure hope such a case would lose and have no ground, but a part of me is wondering nonetheless)

    Well, atleast they don´t argue about it :)
    Don´t really like what marvels doing though...

    If marvel makes their own game it should be banned in all of the world for crippeling character customization all over, all games... :(
