Need help just got L2

in Lineage 2
i just got L2 and i have my acc made a paid but when i go to log in the screen comes up all wierd i wrote to the support about this they told me to do a full file check so im doing that but its taking forever and i was just wondering how long it takes and if any1 could help if i do get in the game?

    Well i installed it from scratch using the retails disks and the full file check took me about 7 hours image it was kinda crazy. But first did you try updating your graphics drivers ? maybe thats the reason behind it not showing up properly.

    Well I had FFXI and the graphics were all messed up and it showed mixed up colors...and then I found the video card was dusty and dirty because my case of the comp was opened so I cleaned it and closed it so now...well I quit FFXI...i played it for 5 months...but I dont know about lineage II if you have a video card I think you should check it...or grahpics card
