The keys doesnt work.
That is the first report I have had on this. You should contact the official website support to see what they say. If they key is bad we can get you a new one.

I play the EU version, are the keys region limited?
Could very well be. To be honest they did not tell us if they were region specific. Does THQIce operate the EU version? If not then they probably won't work.
EDIT: Yeah, come to think of it the EU version is operated by GPotato - a different company and not the one that gave us these keys. Very sorry but they probably will not work for that version.
