which MMORPG?

i'm looking for a mmorpg thats fun and isn't just killing the same monsters 300 times to level up. I was thinking about buying either EverQuest 2 Final Fantasy XI or City of Heros maybe even Matrix Online or WoW which one do you guys recommend?

    Wow has the least repitition out of all the games you listed. Has a higher fun factor too. Might wanna look at Anarchy Online as well. Not as repetative as say eq2 and CoH, while at the same time, it's free to try :D


    SOE makes decent games that appeal to nerds. Their customer service is run by jocks who bully nerds. Wonder why SOE sucks so bad...

    I would have to suggest WoW also, You dont HAVE to kill the same monster 300 times in order to level

    Infact, Most of the Game is about Quests..

    I'm going to have to recommend WoW for you.

    I just brought the game yesterday and let me tell you, this has to be the most fun I have ever had in a MMORPG.

    There is no grind whatsoever. By grind I mean repetition; WoW certainly has none of that.

    Hell, from levels 1-10 I did nothing but quests. Half of my level to 11 was done by quests, and now half of my level to 12 was done by quests. Quests are the major part of this game. Not only do you get good money and items, but you get a ton of experience too.

    If you aren't a fighter, you can even explore for XP. Every time you find a new area you get around 100 XP. A little insignificant, but I just page 900 XP in about 10 minutes by exploring.
