When is the cash shop going live?

Has cryptic stated when the cash shop is launching? I am really curious what kinds of things they are going to offer. If they have some amazing costume pieces I may have to pick them up if they are cheap ($2ish).

This doesn't go against your morals of pay2play being a level playing field? Are the objects from the cash shop only cosmetic, or are you getting the worst of both worlds F2P and P2P?
As long as items are only cosmetic or things like full respecs it won't go against my gaming morals. I am not against P2P and cash shops if it means the devs will add content (costume pieces) much quicker.
I am hoping they will have better quality stuff too if they plan on asking us to pay for it.

They're supposed to have a preview page up before Launch (in the next day or two) dunno about when it actually goes live. So far we know it has vanity pets, costum sets, and possibly stuff like full respecs like City of Heros.
I dont think its going live until spet 1st. THis is the headstart only.
