Awesome! I wish it wasn't so far away from release. I feel like I am always waiting for the next game these days since there have been so many disappointments.
A sure sign that you are in an old, dying paradigm/mindset, is when you are scared of new ideas and new technology. Don't feel bad. The world is moving on without you, and you are welcome to yell "Get Off My Lawn!" all you want while it happens. You cannot, however, stop an idea whose time has come.
Considering the fact that we get races/lore more by the end of 09', and then we get more gameplay information early next year, i can see this game having a release date along with WoW Cataclysm.
Which actually, seeing as Guild Wars itself was a solid game at release that everyone enjoyed and loved; i bet they will hit this one on the nose and rock it too.
Maybe this can actually hinder or effect blizzards sales in a way?

However, the "where players could only move with mouse clicks" in the description is untrue. I've NEVER used mouse clicks to move (unless accidentally).

Im afraid I think the same thing... I have heard on several websites (they are guessing of course) that it will be 2011.

Yes, I know they have nothing to do with each other, but the Trailer gives me hope that it is drawing near.. I was all completley ready for the 2008 beta that was postponed , but Now.. ugh the anticipation is killing me!! I am relieved they didn;t release an unfinished game, and I am confident that Arenanet will come through with a great quality game... Knowing how good they are in this department is what has me so excited about this game. So far, everything I have read about the world vs world pvp, the event systems, and the other changes they have made just make my anticiaption worse.
I think we could see it by the end of next year.. at least a preview weekend or something along those lines. At the very least we'll be getting a bunch more information next year and that will be almost as exciting as actually playing the game
Maybe not... but I always find the excitment to be half the fun
