Ah, I didn't realize it was canadian.  I'd go the 9200 then, because my wife runs one and we've had few issues with new games and even EQ2 with her card.  Good luck.. ;)

my pc came with an ati 9200 and i've had no issues with it. every game i play runs smooth. ati is really prompt on patching their drivers as well. at least once a month they update the driver. personally i'd go for a better ati card if you can afford it but if you cant - go with the 9200.

Don't get the 5200 I bought one of these and it got much slower frame rates then my very old Geforce3 card.  Buying that card would be like kicking yourself in the ass.

My advice. Buy none of them. Wait to save some more 50 bucks and then buy a real graphic cards.

I would advice a GeForce FX 5700 that is around 120 euro here in the old continent, or a bit better ATI Radeon 9600 XT that was paid 140 euro.

The FX 5200 is a CHEAP model, the equivalent of the GeForce MX series. they are a severely stripped down version with inferior speed. Yeah, they do support direct x 9, but you will never ever be able to see those nifty effects because the muscle of the card is simply not enough to show you full reflective water and stuff.

Since your budget is $100 or less Canadian, I would get an Abit or Sapphire Radeon 9550. You can get one at this Canadian online dealer for $89.86 CAD, NCIX.com, ABIT R9550, 128bit, 128mb, agp8x, directX9 supported video card. It will be a much better card than either the ATI Radeon 9200 or the nVidia Geforce FX5200 for your price range.

What exactly are you running now? Those 2 are very low end cards. A GeForce 4 TI would be better and depending on the model of a GeForce 3, it might even match them.
