AION preorder and OB question
1st Question: Is this game worth preordering? I ask this cause i preordered a lot of MMorpgs and other games and most of the time they scored very low because of bugs, balance problems etc.
2nd Question: Is it true that you can only go into the OB with a CB account or when you get a key from Fileplanet? Cause when I want a key from FP I need to subscripe for money (www.fileplanet.com/promotions/aion/subscribe.aspx) and I don't want that. Cause if this is so its not a real OB...

As added extra spice, FilePlanet will--in addition to distributing the client--be giving away a load of open beta keys starting on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Get on the starting line if you do not have an eligible Aion account already! Eligible accounts include any previous closed beta participants and those who have preordered or prepurchased Aion.

just preorder and you will get a key. its $5 to preorder at gamestop. if you dont have $5, get a job
The game released 8 months ago in Korea, with open beta we are patched to their current patch 1.5. These are the major reasons that the game is extremely polished, but in addition they have a solid game engine and wonderful class balance.
Apparently it isn't a real open beta yeah , that's lame imo they had better open it to everybody who wants to test the game without fileplanet bs , your best bet is a rl friend who can lend you his account I guess.

Depends on where you preorder. I preordered at Best Buy, a physical walk in store. I played in 3 closed betas and yeah it was worth the $5. Im not going to pick up my preorder as ive lost interest in the game but for $5 it was an inexpensive way to see the game.
