Let me explain, in WoW for e.g i can't enjoy it as much as i would like because i feel so rushed. They are constantly bringing out endgame content nothing for the lowbies, constantly increasing the level cap all the people i would wanna play with are at capped level currently. I cant enjoy it as much as i would like, i cant take my time, doing professiosn or reading the quests or just exploring the world. Instead quite the oppisite, i am having to use questhelper to take me directly to what i have to kill, i do the quest i rinse and repeat.
Im sure some of youy at least will agree that you cant have a good game experience if you feel rusehd and feel that you should be high level to get the most out of the game.
So how is this game different? If it is different? Will i want to read the quests, explore the world, do professions and just take my time and enjoy the game rather then feel rushed? If you could give me some insight on what makes you want to not rush the game that would be great : )
Thanks again guys, i just wanna settle down in this beautiiful world of Middle of earth (I love lord of the rings) and enjoy myself rather then feel like im constantly being pushed to get to cap.

Iv asked myselff that question, but i dont think it is. Its as i said i feel rushed to get to 80 because thats where all the content lies it seems. Blizzard are supporting the game with all this awesome stuff that i would love to do but cant because i am stuck at low level, i dont feel like i am acomplishing anything taking my time. Quests are boring, i dont feel like i am having any effect on the world around me among other things.
All im asking is, does this game make you feel important even when your low level? Do you want to go out your way and work on your profession instead of leveling? Do you want to take your time and read the quests rather then skip the text and go to it? Do you want to just stand around and chat people, roleplay?

Ok i see where your comming from little better now, you know its almost a no win situation.
MMO's are different long gone are the days when RPG was a factor to the community and its surrounding world, people only care about Lootz ect. But things will go in full circle and we will get a world where people taking up trades will goven th eecomonys and end game will be something to aspire to not just to rape and pilage in 30 minutes.
Community is the key , if everyone is togeather enduring the same hardships of the world and leveling your drawn into the battle as it were and feel when you throw that grp heal on your group that you have actually saved them from hardship not just spammed out a button and there was no big issue if they die anyway cause every class is a solo class now and not dependant on others.
I feel ya pain it can feel like a rat race, but all i can say is pull yourself away from it take time to look around and join grps and meet people you wouldnt normaly.
Lotr is a good game but the mentality is still there so really down to you i think liek most mmos.
LOTRO has recently redesigned all of the low-level content. All of the starting zones now give a more interesting and more focused experience (speaking as someone who was a Founder -- beta tested and played at launch, and recently returned for lack of another game). There is a lot to do in this game, and the Landroval server has a healthy RP community. There are a lot of people who play this game, in my opinion, that feel the way you do.
All through the game, and particularly starting around level 10-15, the player is an important part of the story in Middle-Earth. The quests are well-written (more so since the update) and the epic quests bring out a well-written story that you're a part of.
I'd suggest giving it a free trial and see what you think. If you're looking for RP, try the Landroval server.

"Give a man a fire, and he is warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he is warm for the rest of his life."
You'll have no problems in LOTRO.
The game is more about the journey than end game.
There is a good amount of stuff to do at end game but this game is by no means end game centric.
New or lower level players are made a part of the story line in quick order and there are plenty of alts and new players plaing in all areas of the game.
There is also a good RP element on most servers, with Landroval being the "unofficial" RP server. Turbine does not have an official RP server in the NA market.

I have not rushed thru LOTRO quests even though my kinmates all have maxed 60 characters and Im not talking just one. I have found that reading the quests and emmersing yourself in the story of the game at all levels makes it hard to rush. There are always people working on questing and grouping with them and/or asking for help or asking questions, getting to know the community isn't hard in this game.
I do have to say that there is so much to explore and quests to be done it can get to be a bit overwhelming, but that does keep it interesting.
I played LOTRO for about a year but broken up between 6 months intervals.
The second time I played I completely Re Rolled and this was when Book 13 was about to be released and Mines of Moria had already been announced. I started in April of 08 and got through all the books by September. Now the whole time I did not feel I was rushed one bit. The way the game is designed with the Book and Chapters it is very easy to do about two books a week without the feeling of very rushed, and at the time I left the game Turbine enacted a system which encouraged higher level players to run through all the books over and over again to earn marks of honor which could be traded in for Raid level armor. So it was easy to find people to run you through the books.
But the natural pace of the game is moderate and the community seems to support people taking there time. I had a Kinship that wanted me to reach end cap a fast as I can but did not pressure me, and once I did get to 50 I had people to do all the high level content with.
In my opinion you will not feel rushed in LotRO.
