Anyone know if this game is live yet? Whenever I try to log in the patcher always show that the servers are down.

how is it people are playing the game? ive been trying to play since i got home with the game at 10:15 PST and the servers say they're down on the launcher, but the forum says the servers are up
I figured out my problem. I had the preorder/beta key entered before, when I entered the retail key I was able to play on the live servers.
did you enter the product registration key that was in the inside cover of the game manual?
my key gave me this subscription info, but im not able to log in because the servers show they're down

I bought the digital download and thus do not have access to a manual. I'm thinking you entered the preorder key and not the retail key. I didn't figure out the difference until I checked my account details in Cryptic's website. Under the activated features heading you should have Champions Online Retail. If you don't have that then you did not register your CD key yet.
