Sounds like a very nice shard, and great ideas. But IMO, it takes away alot of UO freedom. Like you cant park boats in ridiculous spots,
or leave them in the waterways.
Also the site states that saying what you are casting above the spell words like putting the words Greater Heal above the spell words In Vas Mani is illegal. Its an in game macro that you make in options, I don't see how its illegal.
