is the Beta Client same like Retail?

i have played the beta and have the full Client still installed on my PC. I have preordered the Game and bin thinking about the
Client . Do i need to download the whole Thing again or can i just upgrade the Beta Client when the Game goes on ?
what do you think?

I uninstalled beta and installed the D2D retail client..just to make sure...only takes some minutes..
.not with my connection.Vor the 5,5 GB full Client i will need some days to download, thats why i ask.
I remember towards the end of open beta one of the GMs said to uninstall, and run a registry cleaner. I have my reciept from the pre-order. Just waiting to re-download the client closer to release.

so ill uninstall it. To bad we cant just upgrade the Beta Client .
I am sure they will just have it patch so no need to uninstall, most mmo beta's I have been in in the past have doen that, and being they only have a little more than a week to make any changes I would expect the patch not to be too large.
lol just tryed to uninstal and canceled after a long waiting time. I have the Client downloadet for sure.

Just an FYI, the Devs said that you CAN use the beta client for the retail game.
They also said that they will be releasing the OB to Retail client patch tomorrow.
There is no need to delete the OB client and then redownload the whole client again.
