Can't create a forums account

in Aion

For some reason, I can't create a forums account on the Aion website. Every time I enter my game account user name and password, it tells me it's invalid.

I know that I am entering the right  name and password, because you have to manually enter it each time you log into the game, and I can get on there just fine (Well, the lag is unbearable since the 10 minute server maintenance, but I can get in).

Anyone else having this problem? Any advice?

 

I'm just waiting for a F2P overhyped sandbox WoW clone with full PVP, epic raid bosses, instanced group content, and Crysis-quality graphics to come out. That, or something fun.

    I am having the same issue. I sent an email to them through the contact us link on the forum but no response.

    They are having issues with their authentication, it's an issue they are aware of and working to fix.
