Question regarding dexless gear

let's say I wear this sauna robe for +20 dex, and I got this overall that requires 45 dex  and has +20 dex ( scrolled ). I got the base dex to be an assassin ( 25 ) and if I equip either of the overalls I have 45 dex, will I be able to wear the piece, since it's making up for the dex on it's own?

    i dont really get it =P

    but as you said your dexless (25 base dex) and you got a sauna robe, which does not require any stats beside lvl then you will have 45 dex and you will be able to wear anything what requieres 45 or less dex =)
