Uhh, what's going on?

I tried to log into play online after some months of not playing to be greeted with 'Account no longer active'. My account has been active, as far as I know, for all the time I've not been playing. I was last billed in August for the usual price of £8.99. Can't log in as I can't remember my details, so I went to the website, and there's no record of my email address, so I can't retrieve my details. Looks like I'm stuck paying for something I can't use. Not happy. :-(

Well that's just very bloody annoying. Having read the thread I guess it's time for me to say goodbye to Vana'diel. Shame. So I don't need to do anything to stop them charging me? They just won't anymore?
It doesn't close your account from the 3D secure thing. I logged in a few weeks ago and it said I had to update my CC information, and it would be removed next billing cycle if I didn't sign my card with 3D secure. Your account was closed due to inactivity.
EDIT: Forgot to mention all my information was still there.
