A little help please

I love this game but its quite frusterating how it runs on my PC. I'm asking for some community help here..
My pc can run Age of Conan maxed out settings on DX10 with 50 fps but when it comes to CO im having - not severe problems - but they are bugging me. I hate when I can see the world render before my eyes, things such as environmental details and lighting just popping in and out of vision.
My system specs are
Intel Quad core Q6700
4 gig ram
nvidia 9800
Windows vista 64-bit
I have upgraded graphics drivers and fooled around with as many graphical settings possible still having the same problems. Can anyone help me out?

During beta, people with higher end systems were seeing more issues typically -- this may be addressed relatively soon according to this post: http://forums.champions-online.com/showthread.php?t=51647&highlight=9800
