Lost weapon and armor

hi guys

sometimes when i change map i lost weapon and armor and then i had simple weapon and simple shield

for example the last time i had war hammer and jutie shield very good for my level, at the change of map then i had simple war mace and a simple shield....grrrrr; some of you have the same problem?

please answer me, bye
