Depends on server, and what time. Little past prime time on Dark Crag... your better off watching paint dry, then get any kind of sc to pop. Durning prime time they'll pop alright, but nowhere in hell like they used to. I can remember only waiting 2-5 mins for pop's on DC, now it's pretty dead... another server merge is needed.
they pop all the time, in ever tier, all during prime time on gorfang.
they will pop in t1, sometimes t2, and t4 even late. Though at about 2 am est time unless its a weekend it basically stops. past 3 am est its always dead more or less for scs. though sometimes u can still find small scale rvr even this late.
