orb of deception question

in World of Warcraft

has anyone ever seen this?

does it just change what you look like. Or if the enemy looks at your name , will it appear green to them?

    Since it's called "orb of deception" i think he's asking how it decepts ?

    The orb of deception alters you appearence to the opposing faction to make you "Blend in". anyone can equip as far as i know, but not sure how it works.  Devious Indeed.
