Anyone else have this problem?

Just checking to see if during the month of August the Cryptic billing team made a promise to any of you that did not have the funds at the time that they were going to "save" you a Lifetime Subscription until you got the funding.
Getting something together to present to them so if this happened to anyone, please leave the ticket number that the offer occurred or the name of the person you spoke to if you were promised over the phone. I have been hearing several people saying this happened to them, so if you are one of them, please speak out.

just gonna bump this up one time to see if anyone else went through this. I am pretty sure if anyone did, they are probably handling it internally or have left the game in disgust but I wanted to see if I could add anymore names to the group I have now, before I send it to Cryptic.
