Just wanna know if the Acclaim TCoS is available to Asia? i'm here in the US while my brother is in the philippines and i want me and him to play this game in the same server..

No idea but I tried to download and install it in US and didnt work, I get same thing with all acclaim games for some reason. Maybe its vista os.

Just try and see if you 2 can play on the US servers, I know of a japense release & korean as well (upcoming) so might still take a while however.
