    Sweet. Ive been waiting for that news for long time, I have so much memories of playing AoE. I cant wait for it to come out!

    I really hope they don't use static settlements like in Age of Mythology and The Titans. I like being able to place my town centers where ever I want like in Age of Empires and Age of Kings.

    O Amen ther....but I hope that we can still have the Unlimited farm foods like in AoM.....it was kinda annoying going 2 war in AoE 2,and forgeting ur farms,and then coming back with no food....

    Those screenshots actually look real good! I might even try this game for myself, I played some AoE 2. But my favorite RTS was Warcraft 3.

    Those are real good grfx for an RTS, nice find :)

    Skipped AoK and AoC myself but I never had that problem in RoR ::::24::

    They also got a large cover article in this month's PC Gamer (Feb 2005). It's 10 pages long with tons of info (much more then that IGN article) and big pictures. They said this one is going to take place during the "Age of Discovery." Basically picking up after AOE2 in 1500 with Columbus discovering the new world all the way up to the Civil War! (1850 only, so we'll have to wait till the next one for that) They had pictures of the American Revolutionary War, the conquest of New World, and the Westward Expansion. So it looks like it might be the biggest and best one yet. Can't wait!

    The French, the Brittish and the Spanish are announced but not the Dutch? Surely in a game that's going to be in the new world the Dutch just /have/ to be included. We were the 4th great nation :(

    I played 2 for the longest dam time, me and my boss would play it at lunch here at work, would get into some insane battles against 2 computer players.

    And it looks like they have kept the game's spirit with the new one, from looking at the screen caps I felt like I was still looking at AoE. I am loving it.

    I dunno if they will have Dutch...I really wish they would have more then 8 nations,but theyre probly waiting for an expansion pack to throw in about 4-6 more nations.But im guessing it will be the usual nations.....maybe the Aztecs or somthing cool like that.....

    ???What are u talking about?AoE is just abreviating Age of Empires....


    anyways...Trooperr,they havnt set a release date yet....but i hope its soon,but then again,not rushed :) But theyve been working on it for 2 years they said....

    Well since im not playing any game at the moment, I would really like it that the game come out sooner. but again if we rush them, then the game wont be as good. so ill wait as long as it takes :D.
     
    reason im not playing any game is that Im waiting for WoW to come in UK so I can play the game.

    Ahh...i would love this game RIGHT NOW!!I hope the multiplayers good....they said there going back to Age of Empires 2 Matchmaking instead of Age of Mythologys...thank you!AoE 2 still has like 5000 ppl playing online...
