Basically i want to know what class will be the most noob friendly. Im looking for a class where i wont have 10000 different skills i need to use to be effective, as ive never been good with juggling 20 different spells or abilities at one time durring a fight, for example in wow my fav class was pally simply because all i had to do was spam the same skills/buttons over and over again. I know that sounds lame but i prefer it that way. So which class would u think would be similar to this? No tank class. TY

I cba to even reply to that because it smells like a shitty trollattempt.
Life is meaningless. It is in death that we are truly tested
No its not i just want opinions on a class choice.
Really, I think every class juggles a lot of skills together. This is because there are combos in the game in which every class does. But being noob friendly...sorcerer maybe?
MMOs Played: I can no longer list them all in the 500 character limit.
sorcerer ok maybe ill try that one then, i would of thought the sorcerer to be one of the harder ones.
The easiest class to play is the Sorcerer. All they have to do is hit level 30, get their DP nuke, find someone to go nuke and kill him in one volley. If you want to be very good with a Sorcerer you need to master survivability which means using CC and whatnot.
In the end this isn't the game to play if you want to spam one or two hotkeys.
I did all 4 of the initial classes to at least lvl 10 and the easiest for me was the priest class. I don't think i died once. The chanter is also most similar to the pally I'd think.
Priest had its plusses but I thought it was dreadfully tedious to level.

Ahh ok priest is interesting to me as well.
Even better than priest, you should try Chanter. A chanter won't be expected to do anything. I honestly mean that. A cleric will be expected to heal and get whines for mistakes. You don't want to play a tank. A Sorcerer will be expected to do major damage. An SM will have too many choices for you. Lastly, the entire scout class, Ranger and Assassin, has a high difficulty/special situation to it.
So, become a Chanter. Everyone will love the buffs and you can have fun without anyone expecting you to do considerable damage or healing.
Ahh ok ill try the other priest type then ty.
I always thought Warrior would be noob friendly, but then I realized you've gotta do a lot of combinations and takes a lot of skill, so, don't pick Warrior.

They really made the Chanter and Priest class user friendly, I think as a means to encourage players to pick those (normally underused) party support roles.
Chanter is a bit of a jack of all trades, and very durable. I'd go with one of them.
lol so touchy
I wish they would implement a dual targeting system (enemy/friendly) like WAR has. It is very helpful to healers.

Agree. That is really rough, switching back and forth as a Chanter.
For the first 10 levels, the base mage class is much easier imo. DPS is high and you get 1 root for CC. The only downside is you will burn mana pretty quickly in a 2 v 1 mob encounter and mana recovery is pretty slow right now without potions. I had a blast with the templar (warrior sub class) after my ascension quest. They are insanely tough, recover health much faster, and do decent dps with a 2 hander. Yeah, clerics are very durable and their mana usage is much easier to control than the mage class. If you are good with your mana management you can fight 'almost' continuously. The base scout class took the most work for me. Its a dps race in your encounters and the chain skills do miss on occasion and can be tricky to time. Without taking my assassin over lvl 11, theres no way I could tell you how they will fare end game.
In general all the classes chain skills 'can' miss, and with pre-req openers timing your chains will be important (something that I really like so far about this game; i.e.. stun locking 'may' be a 50/50 proposition I hope and a refreshing change for a pvp mmo.) Hard to say though as the Open Beta didnt really give me alot of time to explore the depth of the various classes beyond lvl 12.
My opinon for the easist class to play would be the Gladiator or Templar
play a 2h templar You can just ignore all the shield skills because you wont be able to use them unless you have a shield. That takes away 50% of your buttons if not more
ya but isnt the templar the tank class, i don't want people screaming at me to tank,as i suck at it. And what sucks is ive always liked a class that can take a beating but thoses classes mean that im a tank and im terrible at it, too much micro management for me, so i have to aviod a tank class like the plague, with stinks because i lik ethe idea of the class just not the role.
PvP type game means you can roll a high defense class and not be a tank. simply equip a 2hander and go rambo people theirs no tanking to it unless you want to try the PvE aspects of the game in which you will probably be asked to tank..

My main was a druid i EQ2, in WoW my 2 mains were a Restodruid and a Holypriest. I LOVE to be a healer, rather deal with and care for my comrades than slapping NPCs all day.
Sadly, in Aion i will go with a Sorc at first because healing in Aion is pretty ancient and no fun due to the (lack of a decent) target system.
Thats a bit of a tall order, I have tryed most of the classes and its not that they are complex nessisarly but with the skill system used I haven't been affective with any of them using the spam pattern style that worked so well for us in WoW. Of the lot I prefer the glad and think that might be up your ally. They have no heals like a pally but they can layout the hurt and take a beating to, the templar is a second option but with lower DPS you will need to make more carful use of your skills in particular the shild skills. Keep in mined the highest level toon I have playing in Aion was 15 I have tryed just about all the classes save for the healers and honistly have liked them all so far (again I haven't taken any far enough to to know for sure). The 2 classes I can think of that you wouldn't like would be the scout classes its not that they have a ton o skills tehy do but the reason is the need to setup liek all sneeky typs in most games they call for a plan more than going at it head long.

If you spent any time playing, you'd have seen they have macros with examples of macros. For example, you can set up a button that targets the second member of the group, heals him, switches to enemy target and casts a nuke at the mob...all in one button. Alot of my guildmates have set up entire fights using one macro button. I've made a macro that target's nearest mob, casts snare, casts knockback, casts nuke, casts chained nuke, casts big nuke, casts nuke, loots all, repeats.

Plus if you get in trouble, run you a$$ off as you heal youself
