Pre-order codes still work? How to get?

I pre-ordered from best buy AND game stop.
I was thinking today though, wouldn't it be cool if I could find un-used pre-order codes for Amazon, Steam etc?
I checked E-bay real fast and nada. Any ideas on how to purchase pre-order codes and would they still work if you entered them now?

Pre order codes still work but your chances of getting one is Nill since anyone who played in Open Beta or Early start had to use their pre order codes in order to do it. Even if they didnt' buy the game the pre order code is gone.
